Please be aware that our slushie machine is to be operated by our servers on site. Guests can participate in the process, but we want to be cautious of machine damages that may occur. I understand the above. Terms and conditions Terms & Conditions: Booking Your booking is confirmed only when a deposit of $100 is paid to Slush n’ Sip via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This $100 deposit is to be subtracted from your total on the day of your event. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your event. CASH or Checks are highly preferred. *Gratuity is not included, but is highly appreciated for our Slush n’ Sip team members* Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe set-up area for the machine and cart. Company Responsibilities The company will deliver, set up, operate, and clean-up machine and set-up in a professional manner within the agreed upon time frame. Cancellation Policy Slush n’ Sip works hard to prepare your Slushie experience and secures your party date. Therefore, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Traveling Fee As we are located in Los Angeles, we try our best to accommodate your party’s location. Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
